Carlos Alcaraz secured the 2026 Australian Open men's singles title with a comeback victory over Novak Djokovic in the final, completing his career Grand Slam as the youngest player to achieve the feat. The world No. 1 navigated a strong draw that included semifinal wins over Alexander Zverev while maintaining strong hard-court form entering Melbourne Park. Grigor Dimitrov exited in the opening round against Tomas Machac, limiting any realistic contention. Trader consensus at near-certain levels reflects the confirmed outcome and absence of unresolved variables. Late injuries, withdrawals, or uncharacteristic form shifts remain the only theoretical factors that could have altered results in an individual Grand Slam, though none materialized here.
