Ziga Sesko enters this Roland Garros Juniors boys second-round match with strong recent momentum after capturing the 2026 Australian Open junior singles title, where he defeated several top seeds en route to the crown on hard courts. The 17-year-old Slovenian has compiled an impressive junior win-loss record and trains at a high-profile academy, giving him notable experience in Grand Slam junior draws. Rihards Neimanis, an 18-year-old from Latvia, brings less documented junior pedigree into the clay-court encounter. The red-clay surface at Roland Garros favors consistent baseline play and endurance, factors that could test both players' adaptation from prior surfaces. No reported injuries or withdrawals affect the field, keeping focus on form, head-to-head history, and adaptation to the slower conditions typical of the tournament.
