Recent DOJ document releases in February 2026 revealed that Jeffrey Epstein maintained multiple secret storage units across the US, with private investigators relocating computers and other materials ahead of earlier searches, and search warrants indicating authorities never accessed those sites. Victim advocate calls for FBI review of the lockers generated attention but produced no confirmed federal action or timeline for raids. With 2026 now underway and no announced investigations, warrants, or agency statements signaling imminent searches, trader consensus reflects the absence of procedural triggers or political momentum that would make a raid this year probable. Historical patterns of limited follow-through on Epstein-related evidence further support expectations that the units will remain untouched through the resolution period.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
