Janelle Stelson secured the Democratic nomination for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district in the May 19 primary with a decisive 75%–25% win over Justin Douglas, setting up a rematch against incumbent Republican Scott Perry. Recent polling shows Stelson leading Perry by margins of three to six points in a district rated toss-up by forecasters, reflecting its narrow 2024 margin and R+3 partisan lean. Trader consensus on the Democratic Party at 69.5% versus 33.5% for Republicans aligns with these indicators, including early endorsements from Governor Josh Shapiro and Democratic fundraising efforts targeting the seat. The November 3 general election outcome remains sensitive to turnout patterns and any late shifts in national conditions.
